tikawine.com ships all orders using DPD’s specialized bottle‑safe packaging. This service is designed specifically for the secure transport of beverages in fragile glass bottles.
Each shipment is packed in certified protective packaging, and DPD guarantees that your wines will arrive undamaged. If a bottle is delivered broken, we will replace it and refund the packaging cost. We simply ask for proof, such as a photo of the damaged bottle and packaging.
Our priority is to ensure that you experience as little inconvenience as possible.
With this packaging system, we can safely ship orders ranging from a single bottle to unlimited quantities.
Shipping Costs
When you enter your address during checkout, the system automatically calculates the shipping fee. If you prefer to pick up your order in our store or at another designated location, that option is available as well. Instructions at checkout explain how to complete the form so that no shipping charges are applied.
Countries We Ship To
Our warehouse is located in the Netherlands, and we currently ship to 16 additional EU countries: Belgium, Austria, Denmark, France, Finland, Germany, Ireland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Portugal, Spain, and Estonia.
Delivery outside the Netherlands generally takes 3–5 business days.
Every shipment includes in‑transit insurance to ensure reliable delivery and high‑quality service.
Returns & Exchanges
If a wine is not in good condition—for example, if it has a cork defect—we will gladly replace the bottle. You may also choose to receive a refund.
Please reinsert the cork immediately and contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange the appropriate solution.
If you decide you do not want certain products, you may return them within 5 days of receiving your order. Please contact our customer service at +31 6 27468794 for instructions on the return process and applicable conditions. Returns are accepted only if the original packaging, contents, and product labels are undamaged. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
